Go to the saved game data folder for Resident Evil 3 again. The item will appear in your storage box.
Start the game, then go to 'Bonuses', 'Shop', and buy any item(s) from the store that you can afford. Locate the saved game data folder for Resident Evil 3, and create a copy of the 'system saved data' file.
